Modular Finance was founded in 2014 on the belief that by combining user-friendly software with better data, IR and finance professionals could perform at their best — and that this, in turn, could make capital markets as a whole more transparent and efficient, benefitting us all.
Our offering includes platforms and tools for investor relations, shareholder data analysis, news distribution, MAR compliance, and IR websites.
We are a fast-growing and dynamic company that proudly delivers top-tier IR and finance solutions to more than 1,000 listed companies, banks, and institutions across the Nordics and the UK.
